Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a specialist in electrical and network infrastructure installation. The candidate will intensively travel across Europe to add, install, or remove equipment at customer sites. Job responsibilities include:
• Adding or removing hardware and cabling for standard system and network devices independently, following instructions.
• Disconnecting A/C power on devices and customer PDU/output.
• Checking the status and functionality, performing diagnostics and analysis according to technical and drawing documentation.
• Addressing discrepancies with technical and drawing documentation and recording changes.
• Adhering to technical and technological procedures, safety and health regulations, and fire protection regulations.
• Educating oneself according to customer needs
• Providing status updates and communicating with the project manager

Personal Attributes and Skills:
• Experience with configuration - initial installation of new devices for remote customer access.
• Experience with optical cables.
• Structured cabling - connecting devices to data and power networks.• Experience with rack & stack - installing devices in data center racks, preferably network devices (routers, switches) is a plus.
• Technical thinking and problem-solving ability - ability to perform prescribed work despite any obstacles.
• Adherence to procedures - following technical regulations and installation manuals, cable management, etc.
