Job description, powers and responsibilities

Planning and organization of work at the Welding / Grinding workplace

Supervision of production flow, quality, efficiency and adherence to production procedures

Solving problems that arise and ensuring corrective and preventive measures

Knowledge of TIG/MIG welding technology for stainless steel, steel, and aluminum products

Ability to assess the quality of welds, technological possibilities and time requirements for the production of individual parts

Reading technical drawings
