I am 25 years old. I am from WestBengal, India. where I have done my schooling & Bachelors degree from my hometown. I have competed diploma in food production from IHM Kolkata, India. After completing my culinary diploma I have done my internship from a reputed global five star Hotel Chain Hyatt Regency Kolkata. Here i have worked under few different Kitchens like La Cucina (Italian Fine dining restaurant), Water side cafe, Banquet. As a driven learner this internship has allowed me to gain hands-on experience in various areas of Kitchen operations, honing my skills in the kitchen and kitchen management.
After that Here i was selected as a best trainer & starting my career as a Western commi chef at Hyatt Regency Kolkata. Then i was joining and work with an Indian 5star Hotel Chain Mayfair Hotel & Ressorts. Apart from this i worked with Taj Bengal Kolkata and Mubas Restaurant as a casual cook before I joining Hyatt Regency Kolkata. Talking About my technical skills I have done MS office basic and advanced course.
I have only few years experience, but I am a quick learner and very hardworking person. I am ready to learn new things. We all know that european countries is one of the best hospitality chain and restaurants in the world with a excellent work culture.
